“I had contacted Harriman at 2pm on Thursday and John Gnass(technician) showed up on Friday around 10:45AM. The company was courteous and professional and the technician was extremely patient and knowledge. John Gnass did not just diagnose the issue with the Furnace but they thoroughly explained the system. They diagnosed, obtained the part, and repaired within 1.5 hours. I would absolutely recommend the company, especially the technician.”
