at a minimum, walk me through what you are doing and why, maybe i would learn something.
just tossed away cash for zero benefit. how do you do a proper inspection in 20 mins…10 of that time was logging stuff on ipad. what a joke!”
“Our AC was not blowing cold air. Justin came out today and found circuit breaker was tripped. He checked a few more things and recommended surge protectors as he couldn’t find anything else that was amiss. Being our units are 20 +years old we know we will have to replace soon so will wait. Great fast service and fair price for diagnosing will call them when we need new ac for estimate.”
“Harriman’s maintains our heater and air conditioner, always great service with whoever comes out to the house, but Davion has been to my house more than others and is always a pleasure to deal with. Whoever you deal with whether it be someone on the phone setting your appointments up or the people that come out to do the work, We’ve always had a great experience. They are professional and courteous and knowledgeable, and always willing to help you. We highly recommend them!”

“Davion came out on a not very nice driving day and cleaned my furnace. Davion was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to explain things to me and I appreciated that. I called Harriman on Wednesday and they had an opening for Friday so very quick turn around from call to Technician coming out to do the job. I definitely would recommend Harriman and Davion. “Can't say enough good things about this company. They replaced my furnace which quit just before the coldest two night of 2025 (thus far). There were some issues with the temporary installation (which was done within 24 hours), and Josh sent his technicians on a Saturday and Sunday to get the issue resolved the same day.
Harriman has replaced both my AC units and both my furnaces. I wholeheartedly endorse their professionalism and their work.
As human beings, we cannot be perfect like God. So, there may be mistakes. What sets the great apart from others is how they respond to it. Josh responded with a smile everytime I called him, though he cannot be making any profit on my furnace replacement.
In fact, every person I interacted with from Harriman (Nicole, Josh, Steve, Ryan, Mark, Rob etc) has been a pleasure. The owner of Harriman clearly is doing something right. I wish them continued success.”
