“Very polite. Showed dirt on inside of unit and cleaned. Showed where to pour bleach on the condensation line. Showed options for maintenance agreement, surge protector, and electronic air purifier. All declined due to cost, however, we are considering for future investments (please don’t contact us, we’ll contact you.) His assessment is that the overall R22 was a little low. But explained that could be due to the first run of the season as well as a mild day. Another option to consider increasing when we can afford it. Good Job Josh! Any misunderstanding is my own. Josh as pleasant and competent.”
