“Starting with Mitch last week who diagnosed and explained the problem (a/c was shot) he returned the next day and installed a temporary unit to carry me over until the installation of a new HVAC system. Great job Mitch! After consulting with Josh we came to decide on a new system. Tuesday and Wednesday this week a whole new system was installed by Aaron and Jeff. These young men did an amazing job they were very thorough very patient and polite when I had any questions sometimes anticipating them before I even asked. Their professionalism was exceptional and was exceeded that of any seasoned pro. And to put a topper on it all they were just the most pleasant young folks I have met in a long time. I also need to mention the girls who I spoke to on the phone at various times. They were really nice and sweet and spoke to me as though they had known me for years. All in all this was a thoroughly positive experience and Harriman will be my go to HVAC business and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you all very much.
