“Can't say enough good things about this company. They replaced my furnace which quit just before the coldest two night of 2025 (thus far). There were some issues with the temporary installation (which was done within 24 hours), and Josh sent his technicians on a Saturday and Sunday to get the issue resolved the same day.
Harriman has replaced both my AC units and both my furnaces. I wholeheartedly endorse their professionalism and their work.
As human beings, we cannot be perfect like God. So, there may be mistakes. What sets the great apart from others is how they respond to it. Josh responded with a smile everytime I called him, though he cannot be making any profit on my furnace replacement.
