“We scheduled a maintenance checkup for our AC unit. The technician Mitch did a thorough job of inspecting every part of our old system and was eager to fix every point of need which were numerous due to age of unit. John Harriman came out and gave us reasonable quotes on a newer system. We decided based on Mitch's report and because it was an old system that we would purchase a new unit. We were contacted right away to set up the new unit. Jay and Mike came out to do the installation and were friendly and very knowledgeable. We appreciated that at the end of the installation, they thoroughly went through what was done and how to maintain unit. They also left all areas thoroughly clean and were very respectful and wore booties even though cumbersome which was really appreciated. We definitely recommend Harriman and use them for all our heating and air conditioning needs.”
