“Mitch was great to speak with and very professional in his work. We explained our concerns before he started and he went ahead and inspected our furnace and then we discussed what he found. He explained that our humidifier and air cleaning unit we both not working. We discussed our options and we went ahead and had him do the work to install new components to correct the issues. He was very through and everything is work great.”

“John was extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable, conversational and fun. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, checked out the entire furnace, showed me what to do for homeowner’s maintenance, and replaced the large filter. It was a pleasure to work with him (actually to watch him work). I must commend Harriman on the rapid response time. – essentially about 24 hours from call the completed repair.”
“Mitch was on time, professional, courteous. I was caught in a conference call and rather hurriedly ushered him into the house and just pointed to the direction the basement was in. Without question he hopped to it. I needed my furnace cleaned and inspected for a city certification (so I can sell my house).
Once I was able to chat with him, he gave me a quick run through of what he was doing, why he was doing it and then got back to work. Uniform was sharp and attitude super professional! Thanks Mitch!!”
