He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, checked out the entire furnace, showed me what to do for homeowner’s maintenance, and replaced the large filter. It was a pleasure to work with him (actually to watch him work). I must commend Harriman on the rapid response time. – essentially about 24 hours from call the completed repair.”
“Mitch was on time, professional, courteous. I was caught in a conference call and rather hurriedly ushered him into the house and just pointed to the direction the basement was in. Without question he hopped to it. I needed my furnace cleaned and inspected for a city certification (so I can sell my house).
Once I was able to chat with him, he gave me a quick run through of what he was doing, why he was doing it and then got back to work. Uniform was sharp and attitude super professional! Thanks Mitch!!”

“We had numerous folks from Harriman out to our house over 3 days, as what started with a humidifier repair eventually ended up with complete furnace replacement. They were super diligent in checking out all of our equipment and keeping our family safe, and once it was deemed that carbon monoxide was present as well as bacteria in humidifier, they quickly helped us find a solution to rectify quickly. Mike and Jay were great and explained every step to us as well as how to continue to care for the furnace ongoing. Couldn’t recommend more highly.”
“Daman provided excellent service keeping my furnace cleaned and up to date. He went though my thermostat and answered every question I had about the furnace, and other service that Harriman does. He was direct and professional with all his answers. He didn’t try to push a bunch of products on me and was very kind explaining what options I had and what possible options I had for furture service. Most companies try to push a bunch of things on you and feel uncomfortable. Daman did a great job and was timely and efficient. The office gave calls to accurately tell me when the tech would arrive. Overall another great experience with this company. What sets Harriman apart from other companies is their drive to provide fast efficienct service while maintaining a very skilled, polite, and professional staff. Every time I come into an issue regards my hear and ac I know when dealing with Harriman they offer great prices and genuinely care about their customers. Have been a customer for years and every time a tech is sent out they are great and the office people are awesome at scheduling and setting reminders for serivce.
