John – Very impressed with how thorough this young man's inspection was and how quickly he was able to diagnose the issue. He was very polite and explained the situation thoroughly. I was glad that he uncovered the larger issues before I spent a lot of money on trying to repair a system that was truly at the end of its useful life. 27 years from a Trane XL80 is an excellent run, and it sold me on getting another Trane.
Jon – Very personable and easy to deal with. He made the purchasing decision easy, and the finance application was a snap to complete. We had an approval almost instantaneously. He set me up with a temporary furnace while my equipment was being sourced, and came back with (sorry, I don't remember who was helping that day — I want to say it was another John?) to install it. I was very happy with the speed and level of service.
Jay R. & Mike A. – I had Jay and Mike in my house for three different days, as my installation was a complete replacement of furnace, central air, air cleaner, air scrubber, and hot water tank. It also required some new ducting. These guys were very polite and respectful, always taking care to use masks (installation took place during the worst of the COVID pandemic), and they never had an idle moment — they were all business from arrival to departure each day. The new furnace is now oriented properly for easier servicing, and the entire installation was very tidy and of excellent workmanship. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, and on the final day, I was given a guided tour on the different components of the new system. I have been very pleased with my experience with the Harriman company from start to finish, and I plan on having them out annually to help keep this system in tip-top shape.”
