Brent, our technician, was verrry knowledgable, patient, willing to answer questions, obviously loves teaching & has a meticulous work ethic & abilities. He not only repaired the boiler pressure issue but made changes to make our system function better and more trouble-free for the future! He cleaned up to my fussy standards, wore shoe covers & a mask. I applaud Harriman for having such great employees. Definitely worth the value.”
