“Air Conditioner ("AC") tune up was done by John G on my outside AC; he was very knowledgable about ACs and did a fine job. John G. encouraged me to get a surge protector for my AC; he convinced me that it was needed so I got one put on. I felt it was too pricey, but he seemed sincerely concerned about the consequences if I put off getting it. John G. is an excellent Heating & Air Conditioner technician. I highly recommend him and hope that he will be the AC and furnace guy that comes to my house from now on.”
