“John G. was the technician that serviced my air conditioner for its yearly maintenance check-up. Prior to his arrival, I received a call advising me that John G. was on his way. Following his arrival, he entered my home with a protective mask (COVID-19) and also put on shoe booties to protect my flooring. He performed a thorough inspection of my furnace and fully cleaned the air conditioner as scheduled. He also took the time to clean my furnace filter. John G. was very professional and also recommended several repairs to protect and enhance the performance of my air conditioner. Well done!”
