“Steve was great! He is very personable and engaging. He cleaned up and took any debris created by the repair with him. He did need to return the next day because he needed another part. We had to go out of town but Steve and the dispatcher managed to fit us into the schedule so that our furnace could be repaired and we could still leave on time. Thanks, Steve!”
These guys were great. Heat died in the middle of the night. Froze all night til I could call around in the morning. Called many places that wanted to schedule me out a few days. These guys (James) . Came right out and had me fixed up by mid day. These guys Will always be my first call. Had a few follow up questions and talked to Anthony. He was able to answer my concerns. If I ever need service again this will be my first call.
Dawn at the office was very helpful and able to send someone out to my house promptly. James and Brent were both very pleasant knowledgeable and prompt . I would definitely recommend this company to a friend and in the future should the need arise I will call them again. Very happy with it Harriman Inc.
