“Both Chance and Jon Harriman were professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done as my furnace is pretty much at its life end and it will be replaced including a heat pump. They answered all my questions and made certain that I fully understood what needed to be done. Never any pressure from both. Additionally, Jon spent sometime taking measurements for new Trane model as the furnace is in a tight spot. Overall, very pleased with the start of the process. Highly recommend.”

“Both Mitch and John were excellent. Great customer service. Both were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Explained the problem so that I could understand. John even sent pictures of the furnace to my son so that he would understand the importance of getting the furnace and water heater replaced right away for my safety. I was happy I could get the product financed since I was not expecting a total replacement. However, I was not surprised since I do know that my furnace is very old. I used Harriman before for my air conditioner repair and was very impressed with the great customer service.”

“Chance came out the day before Christmas eve, as my older Trane furnace had stopped turning on the gas for heat. I had found a "manual reset flame rollout switch" in the schematic and reset it prior to his arrival and the furnace fired up (thank goodness, the temp outside was 8 degrees!). Chance was kind enough to go through the checkout and make sure all systems were functioning properly. He was very courteous and efficient. Harriman looks to have very good techs and was very prompt in getting our service call in before the higher rates for an after hours call. Thank you.”

“Josh came out as I had a room that was not getting much heat. He checked the ductwork going to the colder room and found it was low airflow.
Josh did some calculations and found the furnace was sized to small for my home by the other company who did the installation. Josh listened to my concerns and offered some suggestions for the colder room as I cannot afford a new furnace. Happy to have found Harriman with such great people!”

“I had noisy air ducts that kept me up at night. Rob came out and taped all the connection points and also ensured the air ducts were tightly mounted to the ceiling framing.
