“Jay and Mike were wonderful. They came to my house in a snowstorm. They worked in the basement that had flooded and the workers from the sewer cleaning company were here at the same time. They said that it was no problem. They were very hard working. Watching them go up and down the stairs was exhausting. They were both amenable and respectful. I would recommend your company and these workers to anyone.”

They removed all the old equipment and installed a new Trane furnace and AC which required a lot of custom work in order to bring everything up to code. “We had numerous folks from Harriman out to our house over 3 days, as what started with a humidifier repair eventually ended up with complete furnace replacement. They were super diligent in checking out all of our equipment and keeping our family safe, and once it was deemed that carbon monoxide was present as well as bacteria in humidifier, they quickly helped us find a solution to rectify quickly. Mike and Jay were great and explained every step to us as well as how to continue to care for the furnace ongoing. Couldn’t recommend more highly.”
