“Josh came out to do a routine air conditioning service/tune-up. This was the first time for our Lennox AC, bought in 2017, and there was a fair amount of cottonwood, etc. in the grill. Josh explained a lot of issues that people can have with their AC, and suggested that we buy a custom-made cover, to keep the grill cleaner in the future. He was a pleasure to work with, and very good at explaining HVAC topics to someone not in the industry.”
