“To start, the scheduling went smooth. Emily called the day before to confirm and first thing the morning of to verify the timeframe. Mitch showed up shortly after to start the routine furnace maintenance process. He allowed me to look over his shoulder, took his time doing a thorough job, and answered all my questions. Mitch was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I was fully satisfied with Harriman Heating today and would highly recommend them.”
