“The original technician who performed my routine maintenance had diagnosed a need for repair. My heat was going to be out for the night. After a call Harriman scheduled Mitch to come out the same day. Mitch was courteous and inquisitive. He heard a sound and upon investigation discovered that there was a just a bit of debris and there was no problem with the furnace! But Mitch did not stop there, he was curious about whether a nearby radon fan could be impacting airflow. Upon further investigation it was revealed that the air flow for my high efficiency furnace was being blocked outside. The other technician missed all of this. Thanks to Mitch I won’t have to spend my Christmas money on an unneeded furnace repair. Merry Christmas “

“It was time for yearly checkup, Josh was very polite and had on his mask and booties the whole time. Josh explained everything to me in detail and he also answered the questions that were asked of him. I was surprised that he could install a carbon monitor which gives me a peace of mind.
