“Mitch was great to speak with and very professional in his work. We explained our concerns before he started and he went ahead and inspected our furnace and then we discussed what he found. He explained that our humidifier and air cleaning unit we both not working. We discussed our options and we went ahead and had him do the work to install new components to correct the issues. It was a pleasure to work with him (actually to watch him work). I must commend Harriman on the rapid response time. – essentially about 24 hours from call the completed repair.”
