“Very good service, explained what needed to be done and why.  Showed me the inside of the furnace and that even with my furnace being 10 years it was in very good shape and there should not be any problems anytime soon.  Did explain that due to the age of the furnace the parts were no longer under warranty and it was recommended that a surge protector be installed.  The power in the area does go off frequently and I never thought about putting a surge protector for a furnace but it does make sense.  John was not pushy about putting one on, explained the pros and cons and let me make up my mind.  He put one on in about 5 minutes and I do feel better about having this on the furnace.
