He asked a few general questions about my heating/cooling experiences in my home and then proceeded to inspect my furnace per the terms of my maintenance plan. He was very personable and easy to talk with. Once the job was complete he advised me that everything was in good shape and did not require any other service. We had some other small talk before his departure and I appreciated his good service.”
