“We first used Harriman when our previous furnace stopped functioning in cold weather in 2020. All the companies I contacted said they had no one to send for at least 24 to 48 hours. Harriman promised to send a technician within hours and they kept their word. We then used them for maintenance and eventually decided it was time to replace the old furnace. There are not enough words to describe the detailed level of service and installation of our new furnace from the point of purchase with Jon to completion of the installation. Jesse and Jeff were an amazing team of installers. They were very courteous and professional taking time to describe the process and answer all our questions. James was incredible solving a problem with the heat pump that was installed years ago by another company but would not function in the heating mode. James solved the problem and got it working. The office staff were always very friendly and responsive making sure we were kept informed of all schedules. It has truly been a great experience working with everyone at Harriman.”
“I have to hand it to Jesse & Jeff… they know their stuff and do outstanding work!! Our home HVAC challenge was huge… replacing 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces with a single A/C and a single furnace… not to mention the duct work challenge of a lifetime! They took the time to help us understand everything and explain any options where we had a choice. In the end we now have a top of the line HVAC setup and couldn't be happier. Their work was top notch and we enjoyed having them in our home… even our dog Smokey loved them! We would recommend Harriman for any heating or A/C challenge. Jesse and Jeff were the ones doing most of the work, but they had an entire team back in the shop helping with expertise and duct work sheet metal.”

My experience with Harriman Heating & Air Conditioning was by far the best I have ever had with professionals that I’ve had in my home to do work.
Jesse and Jeffrey were faced with a very challenging job and they handled it with professionalism, expertise and impressive knowledge and skills. The job was so challenging that they needed to be at my house for 4 days. Never did I feel concerned that the job would not get done to my satisfaction. They were creative and found a way to get it done, while all the time, ensuring that I was going to be happy with the choices of placement due to a very small space to work in.
Jesse and Jeffrey were so friendly and they were great sports in dealing with my puppy that was nonstop trying to steal anything they sat down for even one second (puppies LOL).
I genuinely recommend giving Harriman a try. I found the experience to be refreshing, since it is so difficult to find good professional service anymore. They were respectful, friendly, thoughtful and most importantly SKILLED.

“I could not be happier with the service I receive from Harriman. This is the third time I have used this company and I am never disappointed. This time my old furnace was not able to be repaired but John H. and Robert, with masks and foot coverings, helped me choose a product that suited my needs and budget. The next day Jesse and Jeff arrived, also masked and with foot coverings, polite, professional and so hard working, and installed my new furnace. I was so happy to see Jesse since he installed my water heater and the city inspector commented on what a great job he did. I know that I am always going to have polite, professional people with Harriman and that the job will be done correctly and to code the first time. I would recommend them without reservation.”
